The other day I was doing some squats and felt something strain in my knee. At first the pain was at the front and down towards the shin. The pain then moved to the tendons\hamstrings behind the knee. The pain now moves to the inside or outside of the knee depending on the position I have it in. Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue is? It just seems strange to me that the pain keeps moving around.
