New headphones

So I bought a really nice pair of headphones the other day...The beats by dre ones that go over your ears. Would I be a queer if I worked out with them on?

I am going to wear them 100% when studying in the library because I can tune out the world. I figured it would be gay to workout with them on.

Wearing those kind of head phones is more forgiving than the turds that infest gyms today with their douchebag fauxhawks, hats worn on their head, but barely on their head, towels on their head... I could go on and on of shit I find worse than wearing such head phones. I`ve never used them, but can only image how incredible the sound must be.

You can put them on and not even play any music and you cannot hear anything even if someone is talking to you.

I got a good pair of the one`s you stick in your ears and they block out the surrounding sounds very well. Not as good as the one`s you have, but very good. My batteries died on me in the gym and I decided to keep them in my ears as the crappy gym music was annoying me and they helped me tune that crap out...

Ya thats a good move. I do not get why gyms have the worst music ever.

IEMs are great for the gym. I have the new Apple IEMs with dual drivers that sound pretty decent for working out with.

Also have some Westone UM3X, but I wouldn't work out with those.

i had a pair of the bose ear buds but my bud broke em

now i have a cheaper pair of skull candy ones nothing like the bose them things were unreal but they perfect for the gym
block out all noise and sound great!

If you care what you look like in the gym you are thinking about the wrong thing.

What you should look like; red faced, grunting, sweating, glazed eyes, and occassionally mumbling.

I personally add blue suede shoes and dress socks to this ensemble but I kind of like the idea of a couple of pink tin cans on either side of my head.

^^^ If you want to go along with that line of thinking, why don`t you put personal hygene aside as well, lol... Certain things just look "not cool" to some, certainly you can understand that.

I was considering the Beats since I travel a lot, but I went with the bose quiet comfort 15 isnstead, although the beats have good noise canceling, they make no comparison to the Bose in terms of noise canceling & sound quality. I would suggest checking them out...

As for wearing them while working out? Don't do it, get a pair of earbuds instead..
