I picked up a crock pot over the holidays and I have been doing some searching on google for some good recipies to try out but havent found anything that really catches my eye.
Does anyone around here use a crock pot/slow cooker regularly? any favorite dishes you make with it?

I do. I often make moose related dishes, as thats what fills my freezer, but beef roasts ftw!
throw in a bit of water, potatoes, carrots, onions, and some spice. Then the roast and cook er up for about 8 hours. It will fall apart from being so tender.

saw a book at costco with recipes....each had only 5 ingredients....got one for my mom & father in law for christmas (to go with their crockpots) ..unfortunatley i got the last 2 and gave them both away.
i usually do chilis, stews, roasts etc in it.........gold

put anything in it.. throw in your meat and veggies and let it cook... throw in whatever spices you are fond off... it would be pretty hard to fuk up a crock pot meal..
