what is your prefered way of taking them,,eg-if usung 50mg a day, 10mg tabs, do you take all 5 in the morning, or break them up in the day like 3 in morning,2 before workout etc?

Spaced throughout the day for relatively stable levels.

All at once or once in the AM and PM. Oral winstrol has a half life of 12 hours if I remember correctly.

Its actually lower than 12 hours, the active life is around 8-9 hours.

I'm the Former Winny man,and i took them every single way possible,and i find just once a day fine,no real difference in gains,if you split them up.
