I used to train in the same gym as him and Lou, damn Lou has always been a big mofo, but i gotta say the improvements Fouad has made in the last few yrs since i left windsor has been nothing short of amazing for sure......Both were great fellas and worked hard in the gym......I hope we see Fouad in the top end of some contests soon, his time is coming i believe...

last time he was squatting 6 plates a side every time he did a rep u can literally see the bar bend i guess its worth it true motivation.

This is the most impressive guy ive seen so far that you have posted musclephreak.Now this guys has symmetry and hugeness.If you look at the first pic you posted,he actually has the same shoulder,trap upperchest shape as cutler.Same "square" shoulders.Thats the first thing i noticed when i saw his pic.Do you guys agree?

I remember seeing Fouad the first time on the boards many years ago under the Hoss handle posting up his progress to the nationals and wondering who he was. Now he's a common name when we speak about bodybuilding. Between him and Ben, they have a chance to eventually crack the top 5 at the Olympia with a few more years of work. I do see the similarity to Jay in a few of the pics. Would be interesting to see them side by side though.
