Justin Harris is a freakin' monster! No gay intended... I love the guy!
Isn't he also a big supporter of DC training? I thought he had a vid out on it or something? I could be wrong... it's happened before... lol.

Isn't anyone going to complain that he didn't get below parallel? ;)
600 for 10 isn't even from the same planet I live on. I like to think that I might manage 600 for 1 before I'm to old to walk.

it's about people trying to trick their muscles

And he can still bench more with a reverse grip than most here can with a normal grip while being sauces to the giles :D

yeah, i told my right bicep i was going to curl up, then told my left bicep to press down...I tricked them good.......best growth ever........on my big toe, after the plate fell on it.....lmao

you should try scaring your muscle, works pretty well too

Screw that, dont you know hair standing up on the skin, blurs all the visual aspect of the hard earned muscle you do get from the scare technique, thats so 80s mentzer stuff.........lmao...:ne, so it kinda equals out, like caffeine and a NO supplement......

Reverse Grip Bench Press is similar to Close Grip Bench Press in that it's a tricep exercise rather than a chest exercise and you use pretty much the same weight for it.

Sure the reps weren`t 100% parallel, but that`s still very impressive.
squat fail.
wheres the ROM on those lifts? 10 inches up and down? im disappointed nate....the guy is big and strong but why does he squat like a bitch?

I bet you can't do half of it for 10 reps.
And I did say I've seen vids of him going all the way down with 605 on his back.
Justin Harris has actually won PLing meets...

dont knock a guy that can do 600 for reps jersey and im sure 3 of your bodies can fit inside of his so its obviously working for the guy
Im sure he is strong but what hes doing in THAT video isnt THAT impressive.
Im more impressed watching JifeLacket squat 350 with ease all the way down for reps at 18 years of age.
Hes not a body builder or a powerlifter.

dude first half below parallel, what universe are you in? Those are what i call quarter squats and i could almost do that weight for reps at 175lb hahaha
love you jersey get a leg sesh in while you're at home eh :)

Fine, then show us a vid with you doing "almost that weight" going as deep as he does. Props to you if you can. Not trying to start an argument here. As many of you have noticed most jacked guys don`t use a full rom...

I wouldn't get under a 600lb bar so I won't comment on his form. I'm thinking that weight would crush 99% of the guys on this site.

Show us what impressive is then. Post up your video superstar. I bet you can't even unrack 405.

would 495 be okay? I cant **** with my program too much :)
The trick is sprinting 2x a day 6 days a week and moving that weight. Take that away and i would have no problem.. sadly i am not willing to sacrifice my career for a video, if that's okay.

Both vids are impressive. Most pro bbers don't squat that much. He is fairly short and uses a wide stance but it's 600 ****ing lbs! No one will ever match Tom Platz' 500x23 though.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbep2KLM9AQ

my wrists dont feel so awkward..and i can push more weight reverse grip is excellent for the tris and i feel it in my upper cheat also.....ive maxed out on reverse grip press and its nearly identical to my regular bench max.....
