Guys,
Can anyone recommend a good pair of gloves for snowboarding? Not looking to drop tons of cash given I just picked up new UA snow pants and base layer stuff for 400+ bones but need a decent pair of gloves that won't get soaking wet and will keep me big mits warm :D
I tried these on and the XL fit really nice but I am not sure on how warm and dry they will be given the $35 price tag: http://www.sportchek.ca/product/index.jsp?productId=3724645
Any ideas???
Thanks!
if we end up hitting tremblant you can go wrist deep in two french broads..that should keep your fingers toasty
but seriously, i just bring up 2 pairs of medium priced gloves. my hands sweat too much and the gloves get soaked, so i bust out the other pair when my fingers get all pruney

I wouldnt get gloves from sports check.. id go to a snowboarding specialty store.. I made that mistake once and they were terrible. ended up buying new ones after a few weeks.. Id spend the little extra $$ and get a good pair of Black Diamonds.. Burtons.. or something in that range..

Head over to your Kenmart store, they have a huge selection and the stuff there is top notch.

I saw gloves on sale at sports experts this week: Regular price around $50 on sale for $15. I would assume gloves for that price would be good, plus sports experts usually sells quality stuff. Will they fit your big masuline hands is another question...

Pretty sure the gloves I'm in need of are in the $100 range.
I'm done buying crap. I bought 2 cheapish pair last year for about $30 each and they both got chewed up and were not very warm.
Time to invest in a quality pair but hopefully not kill the bank at the same time.
I sure don't have cheap sports/hobbies lol
Bodybuilding
Hockey
Snowboarding
Golf

Not scared at all. It's the risk I take and I'm happy to take it. I tore my MCL last year because some bitch pulled me down getting off the lift. Oh well, them's the breaks.
I am not a pro bodybuilder and never will be nor do I want to be. I want to have fun in life and this is one of those things that brings a tremendous amount of fun to my life and the winter months :)
