Well I've discovered a new way of crippling myself.
Step 1) 5 months of slow lifts.
Step 2) 1RM PR in Squats woo hoo!
- Both my IT Bands ache this morning
Step 3) Grab a 45 pound bar and put a couple of 5 pound technique plates on each end
Step 4) 10 fast power cleans
Step 5) 10 fast squat cleansw
Step 6) 10 fast high pulls
Step 7) 10 fast snatches from the waist
Step 8) 10 fast snatches from the ground
- Both the tendons in the sides of my Biceps are weeping this morning.
Now both my arms and both my legs are ****o. I highly recommend this training approach for anyone you really dislike. I'll be icing, foam rolling and tensoring my entire body for the next three days.

I should have probably done some thick bar holds and dropped a 45 pound plate on my foot just to max things out but still I'm pretty impressed with myself nonetheless.
