Any thoughts on ECA stack? dosages, etc?

If its a tested show then yes its banned. Not tested, you can take whatever your heart desires.

I thought the show was tested! I am natty as it seems to be called on this board. Maybe go the natty way this time and see about maybe indulging into the "good stuff" next year.

Not sure how old ya are and yrs trained...but it isnt something you just Dive into. Alot of us old fellas....Sorry Vets..lol Trained for YEARS upon YEARS Natty ..then when a good solid base and muscle structure has formed then and only then did we research and research and slowly start into the darkside.

Dark side? I wouldn't call it that. I am 23 and I've only trained for a little over 2 years.
