I found a product called Con-Cret that claims to have better bioavailability than monohydrate and fewer of the shitty sides (bloating, retention, GI issues etc.)

Anyone tried this form of creatine? Results?

If it isn't the same price as monohydrate then I wouldn't bother. monohydrate work as well as anything else to date.
