my last order

I got my order within a week, and for those that were asking it was shipped from within Canada so no customs/duty issues.

I got the chocolate peanut butter casein, it tasted pretty good and mixes very well. No clumps.

I also got some NO Reload and BCAA Boost which taste good and mix well. No more SUperPump and NO Shotgun for me and paying out the ass for them.

Same here bro.....4 days.......I got choc/peanut butter isolate, cayenne pepper pills, bcaas with extra taurine, Liquid beef aminos.......
These damn LBAs are so good in milk, its like nestle quick....I put some on ice cream made with real cream etc last nite, jesus was it a tasty treat....

We used to have a Trueprotein manufacturing and distribution warehouse in Winnipeg. We ship alot of packages to Canadian customers, USA customers and worldwide customers. UPS came to us presented us with another scenario where we would do it all inhouse and be distributed in Canada very quickly and efficiently. We prepay all duty and taxes for Canadian Customers, and rapidly ship daily huge pallets of orders to the UPS distribution center in British Columbia. From there its distributed to multiple UPS hubs in Canada (Calgary, Toronto etc). Our Canadian customers seem to be very happy with this system and we have run it for a number of years now.

UBC & Gxsr as far as I know their is no free shipping offered and on my last order it cost me about $45.00 for shipping/duty/taxes all included. I'm in Nova Scotia and it never takes longer than 2 weeks to get my orders, so I'm sure people in other parts of the country would be alot quicker.
One thing that confuses me now is why did the shipped from address say Calgary if it still comes from California? Even if it goes to the ups warehouse on pallets and then get shipped out from their, shouldent the shipped from address still be from the original point of orgin?

Im thinking about picking up some NO Reload, its sold in "Units" , one unit being 26$, can you tell me how many servings are in each unit so i know how many to buy. Also, what flavour can you suggest and how are you taking it (pre/post??)

UBC, I use one scoop pre workout. I got the lemonade flavor its kinda bad at first but after a few times you get used to it and it actually tastes good.

1 unit is about 35 servings.

The pumps are great, I was a HUGE NOShotgun fan before, but I like this better and its nowhere near as sweet as all the other NO mixes out there. You dont need to use as much water either to dilute it, I find I can use about 10oz water to mix and its good, unlike the Shotgun or Superpump you need half a litre of water because they are so sweet. No stomach issues either as some can make you feel queezy.
