Okay, so my schedule is off kilter again today.

Got up and had a small but decent breakfast. Planned to get out for a workout but it hasn't happened yet. My workout discipline keeps getting knocked over by family commitments. The wife's Christmas honey-do list keeps popping up.

So anyway here it is 11:30-ish and I am ready to get out and do some weight. But, damn it I am now hungry again.

Should I tough it out and eat after? Or should I eat small now? If I eat now what should I eat that will not be to heavy for my workout? Or, how long should I wait after eating it?

And, my daughter just came by to remind me that I have to take her to piano lessons at 2:00pm.

Sigh...

Have a cup of oats. That wont kill your guts and it breaks down slowly so you'll have energy throughout your entire workout
