If you say your going to have someone here between 2-6 have someone ****ing here in that time. If not call.

Ive been sitting here wasting my time only to find out that he wont be here and he wont be coming now until before 10pm. So now Ive wasted 8 hours of my life. I wish there was a policy if the technician didnt show they should reimburse me for me time. They go to have the nerve that I could either have someone come in tonight or the next available appointment is Monday, which Im not going to sit around waste another full day waiting for these ****ers.

last time Shaw did that to me i phoned them up and let the shit fly. the guy at the other end wilted after a bit and gave me the techs number. i phoned up the tech and set things up with him; worked out great.

Call in and give your opinion. If you have the option of changing utilities tell them you are going to do that as soon as your contract is up because of the poor service.
