So my two buddies ****ed up big time at the titty bar and ended racking up a big bill. Basically they got private dances and then the girls stopped dancing and chatted with them for about 20-30 minutes. The whores then proceeded to ask my buddies for $800 EACH.

Long story short some big bouncers came in to make sure there were no issues and basically said they owed the girls for 30 songs at $15 each.

They paid visa so what is the deal if they call visa? Under $100 they won't investigate but any suggestions?

We can all say we would act tough but last place anyone wants to cause shit is a biker strip joint.

So the bouncers threatened them and basically their visas were 'stolen'.. ;)

I don't know man, that's an odd one.. nothing crafty I can think of that isn't shady in itself

I figured either say it was stolen which wouldn't be the best idea, or tell the Visa people the bouncers were going to **** them up.

That or else say he says he was drunk and didn't read the bill properly.

Plus you have two charges to two separate visas for the same ammount/day/time/location should help, both were threatened..

Visa does an investigation for everything over $100 I believe. We had this chat a few years back on MN.

Anyone know what would go down?

visa are sticklers man, I cant see them getting away with it.... it will be a huge headache and internal investigations will take it on, will prolly call about the charges and to boot its a strip club and they signed the receipt..... tuff spot

If they signed, they are screwed bro.....never sign if you dont agree, been there done that...lol...not in a strip club, but at a hotel....
If they say they were threatened, they will be in court with the fellas they are accusing.......
I think theres more to the story said friends arent sharing.....there always is....

Had a friend who got a dance from a girl one time, and said he owed her like a 150$. She was obviously trying to hustle him in his drunken state since it was only one song. Her boyfriend or whatever was there and did the blah blah Im a big shot you dont know who I am speel. We laughed in there faces and called over the bouncer who this stripper did not know my friend in question lived with, and he told her to pretty much **** off, and stop harassing his tenant.

Strippers do shit like that all the time. I wouldnt of even paid them anything. Just say they were stolen.

No disrespect to durk....but do not say they were stolen.....800 dollars will look nice compared to what they will recv.....serious as a heart attack on that one bro.........

They really shouldnt of paid it in the first place. Personally I would rather take a beating then hand over money that I didnt owe. Even if they knocked out your teeth it would end up costing around the same lol.

there is a tremendous amount of disputed charges and fraud in the back rooms of strip joints, so they have it all on camera, often take finger prints, and have been through this a 1000 times. Your bros are ****ed. Pay the 800 bones and live and learn

I told my buddy to be straight with Visa and they said to call back once the charges are posted but my one friend won't have to pay because he has fraud protection.

He basically told them he had to sign or else get his ass whopped by some big fat bruthas.

Agreed.. they probably won't get any credit for a verryyy long time if they mess with credit card companies

I think I saw a similar thread a while back...... Some guy basically was a victim of extortion at the hands of a peeler.
If I had a friend with me I'd probably take a shot or two, use of force is a fine line and with a witness it would make a good civil case. They could detain you or throw you out, but I can't see it being legal to beat the money out of you.....
Depending on who owned the bar though that might not be the end of it.

Tough situation.

VERY good advice.... I learned this lesson years ago, and even though I have not been late with any payment on anything for years my credit is still ****ed.

If it comes down to it don't mess with Visa.
