I got back to squatting and pushed a shitload of weight for someone that has a ****ed up lower leg like mine. I didn't go tp extreme just body weight ass to grass X5 X3
My SI joint is off, I got nerve compression my toes are tingling I feel pain when I wake up, stand or sit for a while.
Them on top of that I lightly sprained my ankle 2X and feel pain there.:beat
NO cardio, no lower body. Hell I hate this shit:mock

Dude that sucks balls.
Are you squatting like a bodybuilder or like a powerlifter? If the former then look into a nice wide stance squat where you sit waaaaaay back.
also box squats.
And take it slow.

I have to increase hip flexibility/mobility....
**** stretch but I have to do more of it.
It seems that every time that everything is going well an accident happen in order to prove to myself how much I want to improve
