Basic Stats;

Bench 205 x 6
Incline 165 x 7
Clost Grip Flat 150 x 8

DB Curl 55 x 6 Each Arm
DB Hammer 65 x 6 Each Arm
Lat Pull Downs 180 x 8
Shrugs 90 DB x 20 Seated

I can't do any legs and some stuff that puts pressure on my knee. I tore my meniscus in my left knee in October and am going to have to have surgery in January. Doctor gave me the ok to lift as long as my knee doesnt hurt.

Workout 2 days on one day off. Abs in the morning before school. Cardio 20min Bike in target hr. after workouts.

Diet trying to eat healthy and get used to eating 4-6meals a day. not calculating yet but am going to start after christmas

im 5'-10 right now fluctuate between 175-180lbs.
i only posted some basic stats i do workout my triceps as weel.DB extensions, pushdowns,dips etc
right now im taking ripped freak pharma freak's fat burner, fish oils and 40g of protein post workout.

was taking dbol but am done my cycle gained about 15lbs on it took for a month and my strength gains greatly increase.
as for pictures i'll have to find the link for them should be up in a little bit.

if ur not on juice right now you should use an abbreviated program focusing on compounds.
ur not lifting a lot of weight and by no means have reached your genetic potential
I think you should do program using progressive resistance with the smallest plates in the gym and add every time u lift.

I see u have bench and back, but where are your deadlifts and squats, how much do u lift in those major lifts?

i cant do either of those because i have a torn meniscus in my knee. it essentially is a piece of cartilage holding the knee together. so i am unable to do deads or squats.
