Yeah, when they hear there is a gun involved, they all jump out of tim hortons, yell "Yee Haw!!", slide across the hood of their cruisers and hope to god they get to blow somebodys head off or at least tazer them.

sounds like the UK "Armed Response" i.e. cops with guns.
