View Full Version : missing rear delt ?
Well, I knew I had some symetry problems (arms, lats, calves).
I also noticed I had a bigger shoulder but tonight I found out my left rear delt is like...gone.
Is that a muscle tear ? I always focus on proper form, strenght is equal on both shoulders. Will it come back...never had this king of problem ? :(

What do you mean it's gone? You can't feel it?
it's like a part of the shoulder missing
right delt is big and round but rear left delt is almost flat
Go to some single arm movements to check strength.
both shoulders are equal
is that a "torn" muscle ? Like the muscle dissapeared...will it come back ?

X2
my left rear delt is the same way, its impacting my left LAT development too. ROM is bad too, any input would be helpful on this one.
my left lat is smaller too but I don't feel injured, my form isn't affected

me either really, strength on both sides is fine, no pain, not even any tightness, slightly less rom but other than that its only the way it really visually looks. i think it may be a nerve impingement

Chiro time.
Yes.
Well, i'll see a chiro soon. After looking in the mirror, I see the problem is coming from my back. This is slowing my gains on my left upper body. After focusing on my movement, I can fell a difference, my right side is compensating.
I have some pain when I wake up in the bed. Exactly where the "problem" is.
I really hope a chiro can fix this.
I'll take a picture when I figure out how to use the "delay" on my cam.

Try the roller as well.Even going every second week now I can usually get some adjustment on the roller.

The roller is a dense foam tube about six inches in diameter. You place it on the floor and proceed to lay on your back on the roller. You need to let your spine relax somewhat, and apply the pressure back and forth between low back and upper.I get results every session.
thanks memo and cog fot the help
