After being off Clenbuterol for months, I took 100mcg today as I am doing some quick cutting before I bulk on this AAS cycle. What an amazing difference taking Clenbuterol after being clean for several weeks. I checked my heartrate out of curiosity and it is a steady 110-114 at rest!

I've been doing cardio every day for the last 2 weeks, but I'm thinking I could skip cardio today and still be burning a hell of a lot of fat. Would cardio on top be too much?

You should do cardio with clen, also you don't need that on your first day, start 20mcg then after a few day or more bump it up to 40mcg,then within a few week you will be up to 100mcg,i only know this from taking the stuff since 1991 on and on.Always bump it up by 20-40mcg at a time and no more.

clen did **** all for me after around 4 weeks of use.Receptor degredation leads to severely diminishing returns. I try to limit myself to one or two 2 week cycles of it per year. I've found that including benydryl has helped prolong its effectiveness, keitofene is supposedly good but I haven't tried it.

I knew 100mcg would be intense, and it is, but not intolerable. I guess I like the feeling of having a high heart rate at rest on it. I find that my receptors get so used to it, that even after a week on clen, it seems to lose its effectiveness. So for cutting, I might just do 1 week a month.

Also, I found benadryl useless, and ketotifin caused so much fatigue I didn't bother to continue.

bendryl help me sleep for sure, it seemed as if i didn't get as used to the clen as without it.

What kind of protocol do you take it in? I go 2 weeks on 2 off then 2 on again. I heard some people get good results by going 2 on 1 off for 4 weeks.

I took 2-4 bendryls a night for a week, and the clen didn't feel any different; I don't think it help my receptors at all. Benadrly does knock you out to sleep, but it is a less deep sleep, and leaves me groggier in the morning.
