For really encouraging me to go with the Rehband elbow and knee supports. Yes they were pricey as hell but so far they are turning out to be an exc ellent investment.
I've had 2 chest workouts and 1 shoulder workout so far and thus far I've experienced zero pain in my arms with these babies on. I've had one leg workout and had a bit of knee pain but nothing like I've been experiencing (mainly due to the amount of hockey I've been playing in the past 2-3 months).
So far I highly recommend these to anyone experiencing pain problems in their training.
Also a small thanks to Rhinobolt for making the initial recommendation of these.
Cheers!

Use what you can get away with but I have some pretty brutal injuries to getting the best was important regardless of the cost. Prior to last week I hadn't trained more than 10-15 times in 12 weeks.

How did you figure out what size to get? I think I might get myself some of these as well... where did you order them from?

no. They are, however, the best in the business.

What models did u get?
strongman style - for both knees and elbows
Good to know , just hope I never have to get them.
And $400 is a small price to pay for your health/comfort.
So , Nate when are you going to make the switch to PL ?
