What are your resolutions??

I never do resolutions because I always forget what I made a month later and they never end up getting done.

405 bench, 495 dead, 500+ squat, 230lbs+ bodyweight, 19" arms.
Its gonna be a fun year. I think I can do atleast half of those realisticly, the bench and arms might be a stretch. Gonna try some new compounds too, maybe Eq or Deca.

I chose not to include my other ones because I didnt think anyone would care.. "paint my car, redo some landscaping around the house"... boooring...

- Improve my relationship with the 'rents
- Improve my relationship with the gf
- Improve my standup skills
- Knock at leat 5 seconds off my lap time
- Enter and win my first tournament ever be it straight boxing or MMA
- Relocate, get a job at Alladins gym so I can train there
- Party with L3/ #8 and Nate the hate and capture the night on video, edit / sell it to Break.com to make $400-800 USD and pay for our night.

I would like to minimize the binge drinking/ situations where i look back and say 'why the **** did i do that, what waste' type thing. And if im going to do it be sure not to regret it/time it so it doesn't **** with my training.

Gym resolutions: recover fully and squat 600lbs. Total Elite in raw pl.
Life: start actually advertising and get some clients who have strength goals.
I want to bench over 400 and get to 245lbs 9%bf Its going to be alot of work but I just invested alot more cash in my home gym, I will post up some pics when I`m done the flooring.

I need to try to be more understanding with people so that I can actually start training them .... ****ing most people annoy the shit out of me and I can't handle being around them , LOL . But I got my Health and Fitness diploma this year so I thought I would start to train some people the right way unlike all those other ****ing dumb ass trainers in my gym.

gym: squat 500+, deadlift 600ish, bench 405, clean and jerk 365+, snatch 300+. edit- forgot i want to overhead squat 315, getting closer
life: defend my thesis and find a phd advisor/position. oh and finally get around to writing my cscs. keep putting that off.

I`m alot like you and tried to be a trainer. Didn`t work out. You gotta be a people`s person. You can be a shitty trainer, but if you`re good with people, you will succeed. Hope it works out for you.

Online training is the way to go for me , but then again the people I've tried to help that way never finish what they start. Just not motovated enough.

450+ pound bench
600+ pound squat
650+ deadlift all raw while not being a fat ass..
not sure on the non gym resolutions yet
