Sux!
I have trained for 14 years and have cycled 2-3 times a year for ten of those years. This is the first time that my body has been natural for this long.(almost a year)
At first I could train to 80-90% of what I was training on juice. Now no matter what I do my stregnth keeps dropping. Makes me realize that all gains incurred while on steroids will eventually disappear.
I have adjusted my training now to three days a week.

At one time 18 months ago I could incline barbell press 275 for 10 reps, now I struggle with 225 for four. My joints hurt now, I cant get the same pump, its just depressing.

Anyone make the switch to natty from being on the gas for a long time?

Yeah, I haven't touched any anabolics in several years. I'm pretty much back at where I started, but on the other hand, that's not bad. I'm down 15 to 20 lbs from my max weight. More bodyfat too, but still got some abs. I'm strong, healthy, and in a hell of a lot better shape than most guys my age, and anyone who sees me in a T shirt or on the beach knows I'm a "weightlifter". I think when you are training naturally, you have to realize quite clearly what your limits are, train in a sustainable manner and not hellbent for that last 5% but instead incur injury, and also be congisent of body weight. What's the point of gaining 20 lbs of bodyfat to bench 40 more lbs? You're better off knowing that you look good at say a lean 190 lbs rather than a soft 215 just so you can still do reps at 300 lbs on the bench.
