This was one of the 1st forums I joined when I lost weight back in 2003... Some real haters on that site that did not believe I was natural (which I was...) Anyways, just for the heck of it I decided to back and give them a little update... I am 50lbs heavier than I was back then and just as lean :yeah

Anyways... if anyone here is a member, I might need some backup :fwave

I have almost 6,000 posts over there lol. Lots of good info however the majority of that site bashes EQ pretty heavily as a useless weak compound. I plan on running it next time around just to see for myself.

EQ is deadly when over 600mg per week I plan on running it at 600mg/week for 15 weeks. I think it will give some extra kick.

lol just a glance over there, I post over there every once in awhile but that thread is jokes, lol people just cant seem to get it in their heads diet/training can do things alone

I used to Mod over there and that is pretty much the reason why I left! Board became a place with way too many useless members, and even more useless info by those members! It became a joke!
