So anyone that has any some experience with dc training your input would
be a great help I have put together a spread sheet to track everything and
i think i go the rep ranges right .

Let me know what im missing or i should change

note: spread sheet only tracks the working set which is rest paused
also dead lifts are not rest pause but i do two working sets

Lots of great stuff in yoru library.

Did you take a look at the spread sheet just want to make sure i set this up right as i'm going to start it on Monday

its hard to plan out what you will achieve rep wise just pick a weight you can do 8 reps with to exhaustion, 15secs then pick it up and go again, and once more
