Hey everyone
Guess I'm the new girl around here. I was referred by theboss from another site we both frequent.

I'm a figure competitor with much experience with training and diet. I've been training for 8 yrs, competing for 3.

I will mostly be lurking but I will offer my feedback whenever I feel it's appropriate. If any of you have any questions, feel free to PM me, I'm a pretty friendly chick.
