Hi there everyone. I'm new here. A little about myself:
I have been weightlifting (not always bodybuilding) for most of the time since I was 14, (a couple years off here and there) but have never managed to get rid of the spare tire/love handles. This year I decided I'd had enough and have so far managed to drop from 250 to 225. I still need another 15-20 lbs, but I look and feel much better than I have in years. I'm hoping to find a bit of advice/motivation here to finish off the last little bit.
