For the longest time all my lifts increased pretty much in parallel but in the last couple of months I've found both my dead and my squat have peaked in max strength. The volume has gone up but the 1RM has held steady.

As I been breaking it down I've realized that it's actually my middle back that's holding me back. (I fold). Up to a certain point I was able to muscle through with bad technique but after a certain point the weight is simply enough heavier than I am to throw me forward if I can't hold my back straight. Front Squats seem to be hitting the spot that needs fixing.

I'm also really looking forward to getting past the lat pulldown/HS Rows and doing chins/pullups. I'm about 20 pounds from making the switch and I'm pretty sure that it will make a big difference once I do.

The further I get with my lifting it seems the more basic my lifts get. I find myself getting rid of the machines and adding more barbell lifts.

What sticking points have you had in your programming as you've gone along and what have you found let you break through them?

After a month or so of heavy suspended good mornings, everything will be back on track.

I feel good mornings are seriously one of the most underrated exercises out there.

You talking about the lightened method home-boy?

No... But that'd help too. Most people don't have bands, though.

I just meant straight weight good mornings off of pins starting at the deepest position in the ROM for the exercise.

I've done good mornings in the past but i used to always start from a standing position. Starting from the bottom looks interesting.
