I used to use a simple spreadsheet with my 30 or so common foods to plan my diet but it dissapeared when my last HDD crashed.
Are there any useful programs or websites out there that will include the typical clean foods a bodybuilder might use? Ideally it will have macronutrients and calories and it would be great if it also had extras like vitamin profiles or even a breakdown into different types of fats.
