Mirrors at the gym...

Do you ever catch someone out of the corner of your eye and think for a split second, "Whoa that guys is big".. only to realize you're looking at yourself 2-3 reflections away...

I've done this twice in the last month and its actually really weird, if you see yourself from an angle you cant see when looking right into normal mirror you dont recognize yourself..

Im not saying im huge, I've just never really seen myself other than in bad pictures in the last few years, add in a huge upper body pump and you dont recognize yourself right away...

I usually do a fair bit of stretching at the end of my workouts and there is almost always something nice to look at.
