I have recently been driven to drink by my ex-girlfriend's constant bitching.

Its kindof like having an air-raid siren duct taped to the side of your head.

On a side note...can someone with photoshop installed put a beer in Darth's hand for me?

I drink and don't think it's a problem, my wife claims it is though. Is it a problem if it's not affecting work, social life blah blah blah??
I drink probalbly a quart and a half of dark rum a week this inlcudes drinkin after Hockey Fridays and Saturdays, maybe a few beers thrown in too. Never stumbling drunk like ^^Mr. Lahey, except for a time when Ricky and Julien got me absolutly smashed while i was on acutane. Not a fun experience at all.

The most I drank recently was 3 glasses of wine I had during supper with a friend Tuesday. I don`t like alcohol, being drunk, or being around drunk people. I`d much rather burn one down...

Alcohol makes you Unable to burn fat, so it goes straight to storage.

That being said, in my life I have spilled more booze then most people have even seen. I am very happy now in life that I do not drink much anymore.

I drink a fair bit during hunting season, and that's about it.... the odd beer in the summer. The odd glass of red with a nice meal....

I do not do the bar thing at all, and have no desire to other then to look at sluts

Same here bro, same here:)

Man back in the day i would get SHITFACED and get into all sorts of trouble and i just woke up one day and decided i was a ****ing **** of a human being and decided to quit drinking. So quit drinking and very soon after quit smoking ciggs and have stayed clean for a while now aside from the odd rye/coke maybe a few times a year.

Can't drink beer anymore for the simple reason it ****s my guts up. I mean after a long time of eating clean and downing shakes all it takes is one beer and BAM gut rot and bad shits for a day or 2. I prefer to stay regular ya dig.

Honestly i've never been able to figure out how people can use steroids, eat insane amounts of protein daily and think drinking booze is ok to mix in.

I may not be a pro or even be close to pro, but in my head thats what im working towards and drinking booze is NOT even in the equasion.

IMHO people who drink on cycle are not serious about bodybuilding.

FYI for those people that have a drinking problem i hope you can muster up the will power to quit drinking and turn your life around.:D

For what its worth......

LONDON (AFP) - More than a quarter of drinkers in England who exercise regularly do so in an attempt to make up for bingeing on alcohol, according to a survey published Thursday.

A total of 28 percent exercise in an attempt to burn off alcohol and one in five drink more than double the safe amounts recommended by doctors, the poll found.

Experts warned that while exercise can help with weight loss and keep the heart healthy, it would not counteract the effects of excessive alcohol consumption, such as liver cancer, mouth cancer and strokes.

The poll of more than 2,400 adults in England found that 19 percent who take regular exercise and drink alcohol admit to guiltily visiting the gym or the swimming pool after a heavy night out.

The figure rose to 28 percent among heavier drinkers.

Gillian Merron, public health minister, said: "Everyone knows that regularly taking part in physical activity is important for maintaining good health.

"But the truth is, if you have a big night at the pub, you're not going to compensate with a workout the following day.

"Damage from regularly drinking too much can slowly creep up and you won't see it until it's too late."

British health authorities have long sought to change a heavy boozing culture which brings chaos to many town centres on weekend nights.

90% is a high number, and it continues to be that high because noone can ever say anything pertaining to that with out getting ****ing crucified for being a racist. its swept under the rug, and kept hush hush. A city cop recently made remarks about arresting drunk natives, and he lost his job and there was an uproar. well, a large part of his job was arresting drunk natives. no fabrication or conspiracy....fact.

why was he fired?

just like family violence, it needs to be in the open to end the cycle

I would love to see the native people prosper, get rid of the reserves, and have amazing lives, but this will never happen while the substances keep them down.

age 17-20: drank lots, dont remember most. Was drunk maybe 6 out of 7 nights a week. Also did a lot drugs then. Not something I am proud of but hey whatever.

age 20-21: Cut back to being drunk only 4-5 nights a week.

age 21-23: moved out of my home town and was broke, didnt really drink very much

age 23 to a couple months ago:: Would put back a 26 of vodka about twice a week or more. Then I grew up and found that working out is better, but I still like my beer, vodka and Jose is a close friend of mine.

Honestly there is nothing wrong with drinking a couple beer a week or a couple glasses of wine. As long as you know when enough is enough. But dont take my word cause I will still sit down and drink 90% of 26 of Jose Gold to myself in one night....lol............PS I dont get hangovers!!!!! hehehe

Hahaha I feel like a idiot if I even have A beer alone, so no I dont drink alone........but grew-up in a SMALL rural northern town in BC.

But hey anytime you wanna party I am game :D new friends are always welcome...........

also as you can read I no longer drink, like i use to....so no I am not bragging about having a problem but showing people that if you put your mind to it you can get over anything....Everything someone has done makes them who and how they are today. I mean if I hadn't done a lot of what I did years ago, I wouldnt be where or who I am today. You live and learn every single day of your life, you only stop learning when your six feet under. Besides who wants to live a dull boring existance??? Not I
