I have no idea. But did hear the nano vapour was a good product from people who`d I`d never thought would say it was! Do it man! be hardcore... If you don`t you`re a pussy, yeah that`s right, a pussy...
I tried NaNo Vapour also , only because I got it very cheap. Didn't notice a thing. Just another hyped up over priced supplement.

i haven't tried any other NO product though. but i've done my homework on a few of them. i've looked into superpump and apparently it's superdumps haha and i have a sensitive stomach as it is so im staying away from that. also i had a free sample of it and it didn't sit too well. i was runnin to the bathroom during my workout lol. ive looked up NO xplode as well. another common one on the shelves. and it's more rush than pump. i wanted a even dose of both :P so i asked a guy at work what a good preworkout was and he reccommended me to try out nano vapor. so idid my homeowork on that and i found mostly really good reviews about it so i gave it a try and had great results. a friend of mine is on serum right now and he says it gives him the tingles every workout. i was thinking of maybe trying that one out. any feedback on that product?

I'll be honest... I DO NOT LIKE MUSCLETECH AS A WHOLE! however, I did try NaNo Vapor and found it to be a good pre-workout product. Truth be told, I dont find there to be a big difference between a lot of the pre-workout supplements as I just take them for the boost they give me, I dont believe that they actually help muscle growth a whole lot. But for a boost of energy and a good pump, I found it to be good. To be honest, however, I found two caffeine tabs, 20 grams protein, and 20-30 grams dextrose about 30 mins before a workout to be just as good.
magnum serum and VPX shotgun both amazing for energy and pump.

VPX NO Shotgun is great, and the fact that it has 20grams of protein is very nice.
20g of BCAA is a nice touch. most companies are following suit with BCAA's in preworkout supps now. i find it helps with recovery and less soreness afterward.
I've tried Shotgun and LG Sciences Cold Fusion, enjoyed them both.
LG Sciences is currently releases a pure no2 product, and suggesting taking the creatine before that, and the two shouldn't be mixed together. Their writeup is in the LG Sciences forum explaining it a little bit.

lol @ pure no2. There is no such thing. NO2 is a gas. Also, most people I know find that taking creatine with an NO product makes it better because the reasoning behind NO products is that they help shuttle nutrients into the muscle....

are you speaking of the MHF-1 version? im not firmiliar with it...
As for v.3 it doesnt have 20 grams of BCAAs, the protein peptide mix is 21% BCAA peptides as stated on the bottle.

You refering to shotgun being expensive? It comes to about $2 a serving. That`s not very expensive considering everything you`re getting. A cup of coffee costs you the same...
i would have to say from my experience, with n.o products that superpump is by far the best pre workout supplement out there, taste great, awesome pumps, insane amount of energy... infact i like all gaspari products.... hate muscle tech, and bsn, but they do have good advertising :)

I've tried nanoVapor, it being my first experience with a NO product. I found it gave me lots of energy, but also an upset stomach (always a trip, either during or after my workout, for a sit on the throne).
I've been doing some research online into other options and I have been recommended USP Labs Jack3d and Body Fortress Super NOS Pump (no caffeine).
