Shit freeze, I was just about to start a thread about this. I have heard more and more about this whole body vibration (WBV) stuff in the last little while. I have searched differnet sites for credible info and found that it does help. I don't know about the 2 hr gym workout in 10 minutes crap but in the legit small trials it did improve balance and muscle when combined with a regular exercise routine.

I remember walking into a gym in the late 80's and all the women were lined up in these machines that had a strap around their ass and it would vibrate back and forth so they could lose fat.
