VERY nice!! How much longer were you supposed to diet for? Looks like you were stage ready as it was.

good job with getting cut! as for the posing, its pretty good. Only recommendations are:

1. rear poses to not put your 1 foot back so straight. Bringing it outward a little will not give the illusion of having narrow legs (ie, will bring out some sweep)...Don't angle it too much though, or you'll hide the hamstring definition.

2. side chest need a little work. I think if you bring your left arm forward a little so you can get the left chest a little more flexed. Flex the obliques as well because I know you have them! You can experiment a little on that one to see what looks best.

You look good, did you diet down for a show or just for the heck of it?
As for your posing it needs a bunch of work. But 1 hour with a coach and you'd make yourself look even more impressive.
All in all, very good work!

Looking awesome. Curious about stats if I may ask? You have a similar frame (i think?) and that is the size I'm trying to achieve.

Height\Weight?
Natty?
Years training?

Cheers

Agree with the others...

Being a smaller guy, I think you should be taking in a big breath on most of your poses... side chest, in particular... also, your lat spread, you should have a chest full of air in order to make you look a little bigger... you will have to tweek the flexing, though, as it calls for slight differences...

As Steve said, I think turning your knees outward a bit on your rear poses would make a big difference...

All in all, good job, bro... IW was right *shudders*... if you can pack on even 10-20 lbs of mass, you would be bang on...

that's quite the progress if you are normally a chubby 180...25 pounds in 8 weeks might have been too fast, and might have been the reason you couldn't stick it out 4 more weeks...You should compete, you'd do well as a lightweight.

thanks d. I think your right about the dieting i was starving almost all the time, but they say thats part of it. i just gotta get used to it.
I am going to try to compete some time in the new year as a lightweight

Looks liek a good lightweight competitor. Just imagine how good he will look with 65 lbs more muscle added in 3 years like some people claim is possible (not me).
