The new retail store neighbours!

So, when we opened the store it smelt awesome!

Not anymore! An f'ing fish store opened up right next door to us! Our place literally smells like a tuna can 24/7 no matter what you spray in that place! When you walk in there first thing in the morning it's like getting smashed in the face with a brick.

Luckily the landlord is having them install an exhaust fan so hopefully that works...but man what an awful smell!

What's funny about that bro is that on the other side of the fish shop is a porn shop...:D and I'm being 100% serious...and let me tell you, there is someone walking in there every 2 minutes...I think i may be in the wrong business! lol

thats perfect its like a one stop shop, pick up the protein, fish and some porn.

but if your neighbor gets a good ventilation system and a good exhaust fan you should be good for the smell.

haha, reading back it sure look's that way. But, it's a great location:

1) It's on one of the busiest streets the city.
2) It's facing the street and can be easily seen while driving by.
3) it's right down the street from the biggest gym in the city.
4) Across the street from Walmart.
5) Mac's milk and The UPS Store are a few doors down and they drive customers into that plaza like mad!
6) There's a highway exit right down the street connecting the entire city which allows for the store to be only around 10-15 minutes away from you no matter what part of town, township, or surrounding city you live in.
7) About 100 meters down the street there's a road that runs perpendicular to ours that goes right to the city's biggest mall and the other busiest street in the city.
8) the fish store used to be a tanning salon which was great for business as these two things go hand and hand!

Can't beat those reasons to choose that location! :D
