Heya,
I was googling a product and saw this... one more site to register on ;)
Pretty cool since i am sure ill find use of a local forum vs most of the other which are stateside.
I live in etobicoke/toronto, looking to recomp body, on a long journey.
After getting married i went from 11%ish bf and 180-185lbs... good looking fit guy that was heavily into martial arts into to a massive lazy office desk job 290lbs fatso.... ever so rapidly.. yikes... after honey moon i was 262lbs... sure there was muscle in there but... too fat.
Since may 2008 i decided to change my life when i could not buy pants no more.... eh... i couldnt fit in stretchy size 50 something pants... *face palm*
By jan 2009 i was 236lbs, by march 2009 205lbs, mid-year i slacked but i managed to get down to 185lbs. I kept plateauing unable to lose more fat.... and unable to put on more muscle it was either or and a mess. Super carb sensitive... the fat just loves me.
By end of august i wanted to kick my ass and start back up what i was doing.... i pushed myself... and i decided to try a PH.... did 3.5 wks on hdrol and it was AMAZING... unfortunately had to stop due to an injury :( Went from 182lbs 16%bf to 195% 14% bf insanity... i f'en exploded...
Injury + poor PCT resulted in loss of gains and feeling like garbage... i just used OTC PCT garbage... luckily two weeks into that i got a proper serm = nolva .... from day 1 felt great.
I then decided 3 weeks back i wana cut to 10% bf.. and here i am.... been meticulously insanely watching my diet and goign keto... working out hard and results are coming.
Currently 175lbs 13.5%ish.... aiming for 10% bf by february then planning my second proper hdrol cycle at 6wks...
I do weights every third day barbells/dumbells. I do cardio/plyo/core every day (beachbody insanity -- fun reminds me of conditiong i did when i used to do martial arts)
Ultimate goal? 7%bf< and 200lbs tops. I am 6'2, 24 and turning 25 january 25th :)
