Chek practitioner?

Anyone else here is certified through the Chek institute?

I am doing 2 more certifications with them this year and would like to talk to other people interested in his principles

I've taken a bunch of his courses, fantastic materials.
He's ahead of the curve when it comes to holistic lifestyle
and his understanding causes of/fixing muscle imbalances.

I always recommend his book (Eat,Move) to anyone
getting started in fitness and good eating.

Here is the deal: if I can put a group together sometime soon we can geta discount registering for his courses or get some of the pre-requisites included.

I am doing Level 1 for sure on May.

There are other courses happening in Toronto HLC and exercise coach in February, I have done both and highly recommend.

But i want to register before the end of teh year so I can use it as tax credit for my next income tax.

Is it even possible to follow the advice this guy believes in? Dosen`t he advocate going to bed at 9pm or something? Getting up a 4am? I go to bed at 2am almost everyday. Just dosen`t fit! Interesting stuff, wouldn`t mind talking to somebody about it, but the fee`s this guy asks ( I forget how much but remember it was astronomical) is not gonna happen.

Not exactly how you said about sleep cycles.
