You won't find it for much less then that...unless it's expired or close to. It's expensive stuff. There are others that are cheaper out there. Mostly ones that use overseas raw materials...

its funny really. if people knew who actually manufactured that stuff they would laugh. as its the exact same formula as another company who sells there product for half the price. yet both are made by the same manufacturer lol

PVL green 1 I and i am sure pumphouse sell. mine are $24.99 for 285g bottle.

But considering you`re getting 60 servings for about 1$ a serving it`s still a good price. It`s cheaper than buying frozen vegetables and it`s vastly superior if you ask me.

The markup on this product is high though. I had a friend who worked at GNC and with his manager discount he`d give them to me for something like $25-30 max. That`s a steal!

Hey Wade buddy! What generic brands are you refering to? I know Now makes one for rather cheap, but have absolutely no feedback on that stuff. Even started a thread on another forum and got minimal feedback. Now is a good company, but not everything they make is top notch. Their fish oil caps is one example.

Not trying to be a smart ass here but 285grams for $25 is not half price Pysique! It`s roughly the same price as buying the progressive stuff. If I`m not mistaken the formulas are different. The progressive being superior.

so u know smart ass(lol) i wasnt referring to progressive and pvl being made in the same place nor being the same ingredient wise. i wont drop the names of who makes what as i was told in confindence.

as for the price i posted. its actually better if u do the math. slightly better.if u buy more then 1 tub of greens 1, lets say 5 tubs for example i will sell them for $20 a tub. plus gst of course.

$20 a tub is indeed a sweet price! That`s about 33% cheaper than the progressive. I couldn`t get the breakdown of the pvl green`s on your site. Something my feable brain is not seeing here?

As far as the names it`s not hard to guess as we all know there`s only a few plants that make most the products we use correct? So I`m guessing either now or optimum, but hey dosen`t really matter...

"What generic brands are you referring to? Let me know I am almost out of Progressive and will need to pick something up soon, thanks.

I don`t know any, I was asking Wade to list some. But Now makes one, but as I said, I couldn`t find much feedback on it. But when it comes to a product like this, my gut is telling me to stay with progressive. Plus $1 a serving is not that bad.

Mine gut says the same, it does last a long time, I use to take one scoop in the am and one in the pm, but cut it back to am only.

I used to take 2 a day as well. I think if there`s a time to take 2 a day, it would be while dieting. Off season could be on Leg and Back day. It`s a great product for what you`re getting and costs less than using frozen vege`s...

Are these products really close to the real thing? I don;t care about cost, just that it works and for time saving purposes. What do you think, experts?

I challenge anyone to prove that eating vege`s has more nutrients than using a serving of progressive greens.

How about the fiber?

How about the fiber?

Fiber is easy to get from oatmeal, frozen berries and flax seeds.

But wait, hold on, I may be wrong here. Just going by my spidey senses sort to speak... But from having consumed both, the greens is one supp I can tell makes a difference. If you were following a keto type diet, I`d say eat the vegee`s. All depends what`s best for you.

No worries, Ritch. I guess I could give it a try. I know drinking vegetable juice has made a hell of a difference on how I feel and jjust overall health. I am just wondering because I've never tried those drinks; I always had a feeling it was a waste of money, but it's good to know that it is indeed good stuff, so I can try it from time to time when I don't have time to buy, wash and juice tons of different vegetables ;-)
