If so, I found a decent deal at Costco tonight on the Premier Nutrition RTD's. It was about $ 28.00 for a case of 18 and the breakdown is:
Protien-30 grams (blend is Milk concentrate, whey concentrate, calcium casseinate)
Carbs.-5 grams (minus 3 for fibre, so 2)
Sugar-1
Fat-3
Not the greatest but pretty decent and the price is good. Just thought I'd share.

How's the taste? 18 for $ 28.00 is a decent price.

It actually tastes really good. The only protien I like better is Myofusion. This one is definitely tasty (if they taste good that's what always makes me doubt the quality of them lol).
So for taste and decent quality, I go with Myofusion, the RTD's I wrote about and the Nectar Cherry (holy shit it's awesome!)
