i am 28. 6 ft 1. i was up to 280 but have been off for the last 6 weeks. im surprised how much size i kept being off. i worked with a pro this year for my training and he really helped me out. my legs are still a little weak but i guess we'll see how i look in a few weeks. im going to start posting pictures every week in a month or so

look forward to seeing how you are doing, my wife (IFBB Pro FBB) and I are training 18 clients for the novice show this year and will have a bunch in the Provincials also. I also used Dan many years ago for my first few shows, he is a super nice guy for sure.
