i am taking novadex xt, 3 pills a night, have been for 2 weeks. The fronts of my shoulders where they meet my chest feels very dry, if that makes sense. When i am at the bottom of press, any press shoulder or chest, it really hurts and today i could barely lift. I have tried stretching it but it doesnt seem to help. Even when at the back of a fly they hurt so bad i cant start the motion. Can this be causd by the novadex witch is essentially an estrogen blocker? or would it be something else? i havn't injured them in any way, i dont know why this is??

it could. I just started a maintenance nolva routine to check some gyno, and got some pain in shoulders and knees.

Could also be the fact that I am getting old...

It would be the Nolva though.... not low estrogen

Nolva is a receptor blocker, not an AI

it doesnt feel like the bone part of the joint itself it feels like the musle or tendons that attach the shoulder to the chest..

Alot of people who take that supp say what you`re saying... On a side note, how is the product working for you?

yes.
but nolvadex dont lower estrogen. its blocks it at certian sites liek the nipples.
LETRO , and thos kinds of drugs will "lower" estrogen.

with nolva i would worry about vision issues not estrogen.
just dont stay on nolva for ever its got its sides also.

id use letro at 0.6mg e3d for estrogen control on cycle if it where me.

^^^^ How much asin are you running. I`m starting on wednesday and my shoulder has been killing me these days, knee as well. Looks like the equipoise has left the system. Maybe that stuff worked after all...

Maybe you should just take less? I do imagine your joints are sensitive from all the mma stuff as well...

k so i stoped the novadex one week ago and my shoulders feel a little better, still really hurts to be at the bottom of a press or the wide part of a fly, making it really hard to do chest, could it take a while for the estrogen to level out>?

I have heard the same thing from people taking high dose resveratrol (which has weak to moderate AI activity).

You should be fine in 3 weeks after your last dose. I say that in reference to what I think I remember in an add saying the products keeps doing it`s work for that long. They also stated it dosen`t cause estro rebound. That, I`m not so sure of however.
