Yup me too....lol

Left eye and left cheek muscle have been twitching since i started my cycle. It's lack of sleep from the tren. 4-5 hours a night plus an afternoon nap and im still going up in weight and down in bf....ha ha ha;)

lol, same... left eye and cheek... haha. for me its usually stress... a LOT of tension in my head these days... its getting tiresome to say the least.

:( my bf isnt going down.. i think im eating too much. gonna start carb cutting again to try and compensate.

Maybe your cardio is off bro? Im doing 45minutes post workout 5 days a week and im leaning out VERY fast. During cardio im sweat gallons all over the equipment so i know im doing it right....lol

If you don't feel like your gunna pass out or puke i would say your cardio is not intense enough. A brisk jog won't do shit IMHO.

Keep at it man.

P.s. Tren helps...wink wink:D
