What about true supplements?

I compared 50lbs to 50lbs on both TP and TS. TP came out to 264$US and TS was ~350$CAN. Both include shipping.

Ours isn't a straight concentrate, it's a blend with slightly more than 50% isolate in it...big difference.

I know ours can because it comes in 5lb incremental mylar heat sealed gusseted bags that are light, air, and moisture tight and are also resealable after tearing the heat sealed top off.

I've tried a few samples of truesupplements.com's protein. They tasted pretty good to me. I think you can't go wrong with these guys.

I agree also . there is shipping wich for me was about 70$ one time when I bought alot a while ago amd around 44$ when about 25lbs.

also theres is in canadian $ and Trueprotein is usa $. wich right now isnt that bad. but even at 95 cents for one usa doller its liek addign 5% on to the prices.
also when the dolle ris/was alot lower it was liek 15% added to the TP.

That being said TP and TS both have some good things.

but TS's bland IS more iso, and not all whenCON.
Do a blend on the site (TP) of 50%wheyCON and 50% whey ISO then do the math with shipping and the exchange rate and see if its worth it.
I dont feel like doing it since im not ordering right now and I hate math lol.

Ritch, remember when you told me TP was way over priced and the Kaizen stuff was as good or better than anything else on the market? But now you say you can't beat the quality or price.

Oh that's because that was how we used to sell our protein, but guys wanted the option of mix matching the flavors so now we go with the 5lb individual Mylar bags.

I'm guessing that you got that isolate sale when we had the PROMO's for that isolate in the 15lb bags.

What's funny?

1) Where do yo think their protein comes from?

2) You were the one arguing with me how Kaizen and other brands are so much better and cheaper than trueprotein. Funny how you changed your thinking in a couple months.
i think maybe it was the typo.... "diary" vs "dairy".....

In all honesty, not just because im a sponsored athlete, i said it before i ever was one,,,,....True protein is one of the best if not the best online source for protein.....More supplements than almost anyone else as well....
Trueprotein for the win, shipping is a very decent price, right to your door....:D
Kaizen does not hold a candle to them , not even close...IMO...
Give them a whirl, thee are plenty of discount codes out there to offset shipping alos...

I haden`t tried the tp stuff when I was saying that and was judging it on the regular price. I still wouldn`t pay full price for 5lbs of iso as I just can`t swing that as I use alot. But when on sale, for sure the iso can`t be beat. The blend will be my mainstay of protein for sure.

Way to be mature about it... But hey, I`ll admit when I`m wrong, and I was wrong to say the Kaizen is better than tp protein. So there, you were right, I was wrong. Happy?

I am Doug, co-owner of Trueprotein.com

Everyone, before you start comparing apples to apples or apples to oranges, you really have to disregard "percentages" of a blend. They have really no bearing on the reality of protein per gram in a blend. One manufacturers isolate is very different from an others. We carry many isolates, some are at 90-91% protein, others as high as 95-96% protein. The real importance is in the numbers, not the percentages, do the math, it's a dead give away every time. If one company says their isolate/concentrate blend is over 50% isolate, but is only 78% protein overall per total mass, and most pure whey concentrates are at 77-81% protein, the "over 50% isolate" claim doesn't make sense...

Always look at the total weight per serving, then the total protein, then do the math. Protein / total weight per serving = total protein percentage.

Our WPC 77%
Our WPI CFM 90%
Our WPI ION 93%
Our WPI CF 90%
Our WPI MF 90%

Thanks,
Doug

Here's our breakdown for the blend:

90% isolate = 25.2g/28g serving unflavored and unsweetened
78% concentrate = 21.84g/28g serving unflavored and unsweetened
after flavouring and sweetener is added our blend comes back at around 81-82% per serving now. Our blend was re-formulated to set a new standard with blends which is still not even much of a difference, but we wanted to offer our customers more. We run with 51% isolate and 49% concentrate in our blend...which our new testing will show and certificates of analysis will be available soon on our site for everyone to see along with the new nutritional facts!

We'll also be bringing in unflavoured and unsweetened concnetrate (80%), unflavoured and unsweetened isolate (90%), and unflavoured and unsweetened isolate (96.7%), unflavoured and unsweetened hydrolyzed whey (94.7%), and unflavoured and unsweetened ion-exchanged isolate (97.3%).

Others coming, hemp, soy, rice, and pea for the vegetarians out there! :D

Proteins and most dry mix proteins have a shelf life of 2 years. The reality is if stored properly they can last much longer than 2 years, so buying 50lbs at once can be very cost effective if you use 5lbs per month.
