I just guessed on Tank, really who the **** knows, an old washed up brawler against a self proclaimed internet toughguy whos only real win is against an old washed up boxer. Hopefully its a good slugfest and kimbo doesnt take it to the ground which I think is his only real chance of winning the fight.

Kimbo will definatly win this fight. Tank can't move around well. If he hits you, he has knockout power but when was the last time you saw Tank use his elbows or take down a guy? Kimbo will bring him down and pound him. I say TKO due to strikes within 3 minutes of the first round.

Exactly, i will see Kimbo try to take Tank down and submit him. IF he stands and bangs with Tank, kimbo could get a shot and be out. Safest for him is to take tank down.

Damn, that's someone I haven't heard of in awhile. He's not hitting the gym hard anymore it seems. I wonder what he's up to? Promoting??
Tanks look very out of shape for this fight 263 pounds.

Damn, I thought it would be over around the 3 minute mark. But that was very quick. Kimbo showed confidence and composure. For now he should stay away from submission specialists until he can bring up his defense skills for that and fight the big hitters and he'll knock out 90% of them. But for sure, he isn't ready for submission specialists. A kimbo Tim Sylvia match would be awesome.
That big ****er has some very nice movement. He's going to do welll if they allow him to move up slowly.
UFC take note: This is how you build up someone with promise: slowly! Not by throwing him to Frank Mir to be submitted in under 90 seconds!

This was an easy call. I just didn't think it would be that fast.

Tank is an old man by fighting standards. He's been useless for 10 years.
Oh well, he made some beer money.
and so did I

Kimbo's has got to fight a higher caliber opponent or he's not going to be taken seriously. I too would say to stay away from a submission specialist but he's got to fight someone in their prime who can really bang to say he can stand up with the big boys. Tank is an old man in this sport. It was just for money as BAM mentioned. He was winded after the first exchange which lasted 10 seconds.
You know who I'd like to see him fight. Andre Arlovski.
Yeah, kimbo vs brock
I'd pay to see that.

i think you would all be surprise with Kimbo submisson, its not is field but i remember is first won in a cage and it was by submission and thats was a wild back! so...
He guillotine'd an old boxer (Mercer). Probably the only person who knew less about submissions than he did.
As for fighting a purple belt; Carlson Gracie said "take a black belt and punch him in the face, now he's a brown belt. Punch him in the face again and now he's a purple belt..."
With good sprawl training, a guy that big and athletic with great hands could be DAMN tough to take down, allowing him to ruin a lot of submission specialists' night in the cage.

But is kimbo hard to take down? We don't know that yet. Put him in with a tried and true submission specialist and my money will go against kimbo. Of course if he connects with a few blows, it'll go to TKO fast but how many tried and true submission speicalists get tko'd fast? They know how to close distance and get a takedown fast. And most can take a few good shots now too. Take a look at the alst fight against Tim Sylvia and Antonio. Looked mashed up at the end of the night but took all of Tim's shots and Tim Sylvia has knocked out a lot of punchers that are very hard to knock out.

Anyone want to grace us with a poll? Make it an open poll though so we can see who voted for who. I'm 2 for 2 in the polls :D
