I'm 5'11 145 lbs. This is my second cycle. I have a small build (been working out for 3 years).

I have TTE (Test En, Tren En) 400mg.

I just want your thoughts on how to run it.

How long should I run the cycle?
How much per week?
Should I stack it with EQ?
How much should I be eating?
What should I run for PCT?

I don't want to screw this up.

You should edit your post and not come back, you are going to get flamed.

at 145lbs, you should not be using steroids.

Thanks for your suggestion but i've gained 5 lbs in 3 years so I need some kind of assistance in gaining weight.

If you're not going to help, then don't bother posting and let the thread die.

drugs are not your solution. Food is.

I suggest NO ONE offer this guy cycle advice. It would be irresponsible to do so.

I suggest you weigh more than what I shit out before you start on steroids.

I eat normally, 3-4 times daily. Its not so much a diet. Is there a weight gaining solution I'm missing here?

Food. Lots.

My weight gain diet when I was skinny trying my little heart out to be bigger:

Meal 1: 12 whole eggs fried in olive oil, bag of perogies, kilo of cottage cheese, 2 liters of chocolate milk

Meal 2: 2 scoops protein powder, 1 liter chocolate milk

Meal 3: Footlong dbl meat meatball sub w/ dbl cheese and dbl bacon, half liter of chocolate milk

Meal 4: 2 scoops protein powder, half liter chocolate milk

Meal 5: 1 box Mac and cheese w/ extra butter, 2 cans tuna

10liters of water throughout the day.

This netted me 20 lb weight gain in 2 days and a total of 12 "real" pounds in a month with a lower BF% than when I started.

200lbs, easy, at 5`11`, 200 eassssy.

Gaining weight is not really that complicated. Eat food and more than what you're currently eating. start with 6 meals/day. 500 calories per meal split 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat.

My metabolism is fast.

Thank you for the advice. I will try this. Is there any solution to getting a better apetite? I'm never hungry which is a huge downfall. Do you guys just eat like crazy? Drink shakes every few hours or so?

your metabolism isn't THAT fast.

When I was playing ball back in University if I wasn't puking 2-3 times a week I wasn't eating enough. THAT's eating to gain weight. You need not go to that extreme but no doubt you aren't eating enough even a woman.

haha OK I'll try this. I'll post results in a month or so.

Yes I eat like a woman I know... I do eat quite a bit of fast food though. It is strange that no weight sticks to me.

Stick with it dude.. eat lots, it can take a week or two to adapt to eating more.

Hey my best advice is to Go to the doctor, tell him you feel weak all the time and have trouble gaining weight, tell him you want everything checked, thyroid, cholesterol, testosterone, aids, ect. ect. They will probably take a pint of blood! (maybe not that much). You might have a condition that is hampering your gains, best of all in canada, they will do all that for FREE!!! HAHA

Next start reading and studying your ass off about proper nutrition and training, Bill starrs 5x5 is a good one or Ripptoes starting strength would be a great place to start for training.

You should hire one of the guys over here to guide you. The way you are now, 145lbs at that height what you need is a solid plan; exercise regimen and daily food guide. Follow it to the tee, then come back here in a year or so when you reach 200lbs then ask the vets for cycle advice.

BTW I'm 5'5 at 170lbs right now on my road to 185, I tell you if your not suffering getting all the meals in you are not eating enough :)

Thanks guys, I've started pigging out as of today (approaching the 6th meal). I'm just going over the videos now :)
