Hi all I finally made it up to 170 on my last Bulker! Heres what I am going to do for my third cycle to make it up to 180.
wk 1-8 d-boll 40mgs
wk 1-20 1G of test
wk 1-15 500mgs tren E
wk 15-23 100mgs winstrol
Heres my diet. I would eat more if I didnt spend all of my money on gear and crappy spray on tans oh well if this doesnt work I will just get more gear.
6am- 48g protein shake
7am-1 pack of oatmeal, 3 tbl spoons of oats
8am-gym
10:00am- 48g protein shake
10:30am- 3eggs boiled or fried with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and 20 almonds(bump up to 5 eggs after week5)
1:30pm- tuna and whole wheat pasta
4:30pm-cottage cheese and 8 egg whites natural peanut butter and small grilled steak 6oz
7:30pm- red bean and or lentils rice and chicken breasts (alternate with salmon fillets on occation)
11:00pm-48g protein shake 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter and 20 almonds

Not my forte but seems to be a shitload of gear.
1G of test is enough to keep a big guy going for a while.
Tren and winny are cutting compounds as far as I know.
Why not Equipoise? It is said having appetite increasing properties and better for long cycles.
No HCG at all?

You are training at 10 am and trying to get bigger as far as I understand.
Why don't you have rice, veggies and some dead animal for breakfast?
That would give you fuel in the tank in order to work out!
Them as second meal I'd say a shake that could be as light or heavy as your appetite and WO needs.
Instant oatmeal is shit!
That's just n inferior form of nutrition, the equivalent of eating white flour
PB is shit. The lowest nutrient dense nut and the highest allergenic, a lot of people have intolerance to that stuff and don't even know.
Weight your almonds don't count them, actually rotate the type of nuts that you are having, it is much better in terms of health and absorption.
Don't fry our eggs poach them. That denatures the cholesterol to the point that it gets rancid in your body
Ditch the egg whites have real eggs. You need the cholesterol of the yolks to produce testosterone.
Save you cottage cheese as bedtime meal. The slow break down of casein will be helpful to keep amino acid levels more stable in your system
Eat vegetables you butt hole will say thanks.
Have most of your starch during the begging of the day.
Get big not fat

well it's hard to know without actual quantities listed out. That said, I think just by increasing the almonds from 20 to 25 will REALLY make the biggest difference. Maybe even 26 almonds but he may gain more fat than he wants with that 1 extra almond.

Man i almost feel bad for where this thread is going lets help the guy out here. I think the weird post are due to the fact of your weight being 170 and all that shit. But man dont worry about the bashing. What everyone is trying to say is your diet is very light and you need to add much more solid food to make gains. Try to do some more research on your diet to see what some more good solid foods are. You could check the offseason food guide thread i started. The second thing i think is that your cycle is all over the map and much to high of doses. For a man your size even third cycle do something like Test 500mg/ew some EQ dose slightly lower than the test and maybe 4 week synergy with the dbol. Skip the winny man its not suited for the bulking and the tren is simply out of your league. Dont get discouraged and come on guys lets at least try not to ****ing bash this guy i assume he posted this in seriousness to get help so lets try.

^^^^Bigtavi is absolutely right with everything he said. Your cycle compounds are overloaded. I have done cycles in the past, more than you and I would not every think of running Tren for that long of a period. If you want to gain some serious weight you have to learn to more or less over indulge on food to the point of throwing up. Add some wild game in your diet, I eat alot of moose and venison and bison and partridge, shit man you are what you eat, the bigger you eat the bigger you become. Instead of your current cycle run something like this:
1 - 20 Test E 500mg/week
1 - 18 EQ 600mg/week -----helps increase your appetite
1 - 4 Dianabol @ 20mg/ED
9 - 12 Dianabol @ 30mg/ED
17 - 20 Dianabol @ 40mg/ED
with proper PCT and should run hcg throughout, Anti E just incase of a flare up. The Dbol is like this because the synergy running it like this is insane. I found an article when someone ran dbol throughout their cycle like this and they had some serious GROWTH!

I was just trying to bring attention to some of the retarded posts that go on here. People who post massive cycles and look under 200 pounds. I am not pretending to ever have been one of the better bodybuilders here (when I was a BB'er). I started lifting at 6ft 135 my biggest ever was 6ft 220. I still looked like shit by BB'er standards, but the three cycles that I did probably did not even add up to one of the cycles I see posted here every day.
I still think I have could have done way better if I forced a lot more food down my throat.
Some of you guys need to put the needle down for a bit, and look at SD, and Sanes threads before you end up on the news as the new reason why there should be a war on gear.
I am 175 now btw lol and am not thinking about a cycle unless maybe a small athletic one. I havent lifted weights for almost a year and I usually do about an hour a day of HIT cardio, and 30 minutes+ of pylo's and bodyweight excercises rawr

Guys, got a few complaints on this.
It is known some guys are on too much stuff and do got their diets and training down. But let's keep the steroid section serious. If you disagree with someone, say it in a constructive way. Explanations would be fair.
Remember that some of you have been educating yourselves for years while others are just starting out. Some people take the info found in here very seriously as it's their bodies.
So for everyone that posts in here, please stick to constructive things. I let a lot go in the off topic as that's what it is, off topic. But the steroid section is not a place to joke around.
And yes for there record, some people are on way too much stuff.
