If you have small to medium sized gyno it can be cured by the following regimen:

1. Take aromasin - "TAKE AROMASIN FIRST DAY 100 MG SECOND DAY 50 MG,AND 25 MG UP TO 6 OR 8 WEEKS" - neutronmtl

2. Do Cardio - "ALSO NEVER FORGET TO DO CARDIO,,," - neutronmtl

3. Stop working out all together. Just do cable fly's - "ALMOST NO LIFTING ,,ONLY CABLE FLYS ,,"

4. And do more cardio - " ,,AND CARDIO,,,"

If you follow the above 4 steps your gyno will be cured.

I feel it's more then applicable to include Preperation-H as a means to combat Gyno.

There is ONE cure for gyno and that is removing the gland itself via surgery. By using the above method or any other method for that matter will only reduce the size of the gland itself but the gyno is still there and will continue to flare up every time you do a cycle.

If the gland flares up during your next cycle again, is it actually increasing in size permanently or is there a good chance that; everytime you cycle the gland may flair up and return to next to nothing when off with no increase in size.

Or is it consistently growing if you have a continuous small flare up during the duration of your cycle?

ps. I've been jerking off with my "10 inch dick" on my own chest and it's seemed to have helped with my minor gyno. :ji

The sad fact is there are people who actually belive this stuff... shit like this is just for people too scared to go get surgery like Prea said there is only ONE "cure" for this.

Sometimes the flare up will be the same other times it can be much worse...ive seen minor issues flare up into a very bloody, puss filled mess. The only permanent cure is surgery.

I just meant: Is it normal to have puffy nips the whole cycle or does that mean that gyno is developing/growing, or is it just a temporary side.

ie. is it enlarging if you have puffy nips or just maintaining a small gland?

Everyone is born with a mamary gland that why they call us mamals, so if you see visable puffy nips its because the glad has enlarged from its 'regular' size. If AAS is causing your glands to enlarge it means you are at risk of developing permanant gynocomastia to which the only cure is surgery.

Weather or not a small increase in size while on cycle will lead to permanant gyno is different from person to person. But as someone who has had the surgery and lived with gyno I would not take the chance. Run AI's on cycle and make sure you understand how to run a proper PCT for the type of cycle you are running.

It may be just a temporary side...its very difficult to say as it does flare up in some to full blown gyno. some guys feel puffy or itchy nips thru the cycle but it never develops into full gyno. If the size actually increases I would suggest an AI as well as nolvadex.
