i never said i was pro in any post i did so far go and see ,,,fat burning for my waist part yes ,i was looking for ,what does this have to do with curing my gyno,,,,,the reason i wanted to share my success for gyno with people because evry body in all forums they say only solution is surgery which is not true,,for minor gyno cases i think aromasin is solution since there is no reversing affect i mean no rebound,,also when u look at scientific studies,up to 85 to 95 % percent estrogen reduction,estrodiol or other week estrogens,

my point is not being to rude anybody unless i have been attacked by words,,any way after i cured my gyno ,my girl friend told me she wish we had taken the before and after pictures,,the reason i did now because i was not sure if it was going to be fixed by aromasin and cardio,,and also evry pro i have talked here in montreal they said the same thing about bench press,they know bench press may worsen the situation,even in youtube lot of trainer videos sugest not to lift heavy,one way or another i mannaged to get rid of it,so wanted to share with other ,,,thanks,,,

So, if I understand properly, if I bench press heavy I may get gyno? What happens if I do incline bench, will it reduce gyno?
What happens if I do heavy workout for other body parts; will I develop issues there?

Basically, you don't know what you're talking about. Decades of use has proven the effectiveness of arimidex, nolva, letro, bromo for combating gyno related side effects.
Genetics also plays a huge role in the development of muscle. Maybe you had titties before you started working out and now that you have lost some weight working out, doing your cable flyes; your titties are not as big?

yes grifter in certain way u are right.my gyno stated with high test witout arimidex,letro,or aromasin,i was ignorant ate whatever i wanted to.because i thought test would burn whatever i ate.yhen i devolpoed very fast fatty gyno.second mistake was stoping test without proper pct.then i have seen my doc and we did blood test,in blood test i had double e2 than regular in my age,thenwe startes low test and aromasin plus cardilot lot of cardio.
i hired pro trainer to train me,he told me not to do bensc press at that moment he said it might worsen it,,thanks for your reply,iam gyno free now

Wow, I'm by no means an expert on any subject here but wow dude! To the best of my understanding, letro kills minor gyno and surgery is for major gyno. I was always under the impression those are the only cures and everything else slows it or stops it. I have personally never read or heard of any exercise hiding or curing gyno. Maybe I'm missing something?

On another note, I work part time as a door man at a strip bar and when the Montreal rippers show up I can understand them when they speek slowly, wether french or english, but god damn after a few glasses of white wine they're talking a complete other language.
