OK, so I am finally going to do my first cycle. I was going to do one about a year ago but for a few reasons didn't and am sort of glad I held off for a bit anyway.
I am going to do test-e 500mg a week for 10 weeks or close to that. I have adex, nolva and hcg for sides and PCT. I might extend the cycle for a few more weeks if I feel it will be worth it but I will wait and see how I am responding before I decide.
So first question is if my maintenance calorie level is about 2800-2900 how much should I be eating on cycle? I am trying to bulk but still keep it fairly lean. I have a good idea how my body responds to food being natural but not really sure where I should be at on cycle.
The other question was if I should eat more carbs then normal. Does the bodies tolerance for carbs increase while using? I usually follow sort of a paleolithic diet with maybe a little bit of extra carbs thrown in around 200g total a day and it works pretty well.
