? lol 7 Hmmm blood work says normal mortals are under 250. No big deal as all my other levels are fine and I did do a massive chest workout the day before so this is exactly why it was elevated but I was just wondering what a normal elevated level would be if there was one. Just for my own knowledge because OMG somedays (joking of course) it feels like I'm having a heart attack during my squats lol

I had a buddy that did fasted cardio the morning before blood work and his CK level came back sky high. he went back a month later and it was fine...
Our levels are a bit higher, but nothing retarded.

Thanks man - Mine is usually the same and I'm not worried (lol as I fall over dead) it was more me just wondering outside the box thats all.
Do you think by having a raised CK level over a prolonged time causes any damage? i know I should be asking my Dr. about this and i will but I always like to check with the people who lead the sport.
I have competed in Powerlifting for many years and held a few records back in 95 so I'm not new to the sport by any means I just keep my profile private. I have lots of real world knowledge as well and brains but I always enjoy others feedback and as always I'm open to others suggestions.
Thanks again
