Well i know Nate and Ironwill will say i look like shit so im wondering what others honestly think?

Morning scale weight is 235lbs and 45 minutes cardio per day was started last week and weight is still going up so thank you tren and 1test.....lol

Pretty thick back IMO. You look as though you have a naturally thick waist. You'll have to get really wide to get a v taper but you are on your way.

Ya my ass and hips are the only places my body seems to store fat....lol

Dremen, I will say you dont look 235 to me, maybe the pics I dont know, maybe some different angles to really see. Seem to be in decent condition for offseason. I'd also work hard on your rear delts, there doesnt look to be much there in that photo.

Shrugs= 3plates per side now and i got my deads up to 455. Bent over rows= 2 plates per side, but i don't do cable rows. Im mostly compound lifts bro.

Routine, well warm up with light weights then i work my way up to max then finish with a lower weight. So 4-6 sets @8 reps. Some lifts are different depending on muscle group.

Yes im still a no-body right now, but im giving it 110% bro.

I only use a widewrip for pulldowns and pullups, pulldowns i max the cable machine out at 220 or so and pullups i do 10-20 with bodyweight then tie on the 45lb plate and do about 6-8 sets @ 2-3 reps. Pullups are getting better.

I KILL myself with deads and squats. Back day i do 60-70 deads and leg day i do 80 reps for squats. Warm up=10, middle weight=20, heavy=30 then lighter for 20 front squats. Front squats=2 plates per side.

Strenght is WAYYYY up as is energy. It takes me a good hour killing myself to really burn out.

point is that I was reading these pm's while you were frothing at the mouth and IW was laughing at the constant name calling and bashing that you were throwing at him and I do want to "clarify" that there was NO death threats made or threats of bodily harm. He was being sarcastic to your angry posts and said somthing along the line of meeting at Tims for Coffee because he figured you were possessed and said he would exercise your demons but that's as far as it went so quit LIEING...... quit trying to discredit someone who has been a long standing member of the board wether it's IW or anyone else on this board.

Umm well some people say go super heavy and do small sets/reps and some say you need to kill legs to get em to grow so im still learning i guess.

For squats i warm up with 2 plates, then go to 4 then 6 for my max and i push out 3 sets of 10 or 2 sets of 15 then i give er shit on fron squats with 2 plates to burn the quads.

I don't even bother with leg extentions anymore, just compounds mostly.

Still learning though so maybe im doing everything wrong?

Secondly, I will just say this when the guys start giving you the gears tune them out. Then once the rant is over listen to what these guys are saying IW, Nate, Wade etc these guys have a plethora of knowledge and training let them help you and work with you rather than butting heads with them. Im not trying to say you're not on the right path but a little advice or perhaps a fresh perspective will do wonders in the gym and keep you growing. Keep up the good work.

Well what do you think of my squat routine then bro? Since i started just killing my legs with squats the side quad is growing outwards a lot faster.

Legs i only do squats and leg press for now. Like i said im mainly doing heavy compound movements to build good size.

For me personally, i think high volume on legs is a good thing.. at least thats what gives me better results.. but everyone is different

Interesting. See im just trying to stick with the basics. I may only squat with 6 plates total, but i make my ass hit the floor each time i go down and i will do a shitload of em.

I see other guys go 4-5-6 plates per side, but there for sucks and it looks like there just trying to add more weight for bragging rights where as if i can't do the movement with proper form i lover the weight and try again.

From what i understand my method with help me grow more in the long run and will also help my strength gains as well correct?

Interesting. See im just trying to stick with the basics. I may only squat with 6 plates total, but i make my ass hit the floor each time i go down and i will do a shitload of em.

I see other guys go 4-5-6 plates per side, but there for sucks and it looks like there just trying to add more weight for bragging rights where as if i can't do the movement with proper form i lover the weight and try again.

From what i understand my method with help me grow more in the long run and will also help my strength gains as well correct?

I cut my dose in half last week as bp was so high i was gettin a lil blood in my nose.

Aside from squats and leg press only other thing i can think of to add would be heavy lunges, but those really tear my knees up big time:(

Stiff leg deadlifts, good mornings etc... Your legs are underdeveloped, especially the hamstrings from what I can see in the pics. How often do you train? What does the workout look like? How long have you been training for? Maybe it's not what you're doing but how its being done. Form takes a while to figure out and even longer to master, especially without a good coach or trainer.

I said it because of the advice this guy was giving to others and figured a dose of his own medicine would be good.

Oh i hear ya bro, but the fat on me is from when i was bulking up natty.

Since i've started my cycle my bf has gone down a lot. It should'nt take me more then 6 weeks to cut down to the point where abs are showing real nice and then i can just jump back on the bulk wagon and try it a lil cleaner. Still leaves me plenty of time to bulk up till end of march.

A lil tummy/ass fat aint nothing to lose and if it will shut people up here then the cardio is worth it....lol;)

PS. This is not an attack. Just GFH already. You're tall and have wider hips = potential to be one of the big, strong (as it relates to 2 of the big 3 lifts) guys in the world.

PPS. Tuna and peaches will NOT help you do this. ;)

They key words were said here. The wide hips factor. You`re lucky in a sense that you don`t have naturally narrow shoulders. I have a friend who does and he`s annoying because he`s always talking about how much he weighs, but it dosen`t show worth a lick. He`s about 6foot 1 and even at 230 dosen`t look big to me. Then when he cuts it gets real bad. I just don`t have the heart to tell him as he`s so in love with his body...

My hips are not that wide, but for somebody who would want to compete, it would hold me back. But my shoulders are very decent. So it`s not that bad. But anyway, enough about me...

For you Dremen I`d say when you hit the 250lbs mark you will be undeniably big. You`re not that far away. Even with mid wide hips, but whatever, nobody`s perfect.

I'll admit eating tuna isn't easy this weak. I stopped EQ and feel like shit/can't eat since a few days. I'm downing a shake with PB and a tuna can + cottage ATM. Been at it for over 15minutes. You know...when you chew for a minute and can't get it down :help

I eat canned tuna this way as well... put it in a bowl, but dont mix them up... keep them separate, and take a bite of each... I find it makes it a little bit easier to eat the tuna.

Maybe you posted this in another thread but i just read through all of this one... You said you are under a gram a week now. What does your revamped cycle look like?

I'd say keep bulking food wise. Don't worry about dropping your body fat levels so you can look bigger in a picture for an internet forum. Keep the cardio in too just for general health reasons, a more active metabolism, and increased hunger.

I think dremen, what alladinsane was getting at was that the combination of canned peach slices and tuna was kind of silly if you are trying to bulk, why not three cans of tuna, some brown rice and maybe a couple of aspargus spears? This would be more conducive to your bulking efforts, I think that is what he was getting at and o-train took offense to your cavelier remark, you need to be more non-chalant towards peoples remarks and be more receptive my friend. Not everything is an attack. Lots of learning to be had here alot of good peeps have chimed in on your thread, with advice not attacks.

And how is 3 cans of tuna and some sliced peaches a bad thing when bulking? Guys put bananas in there shakes all the time....shakes that are mostly whey powder so i do a shake that's all meat protein and i get flack??? It just don't make sense to me?

Like i said i was just looking for a quick way to down my protein here and there as the jaw gets a lil sore from all the chewing ya know what im talking about?

Other guys here mention it takes them 10 minutes to eat a tuna sandwich where i downed 60+ grams of meat protein in like 30 seconds so i see no problem with that.

Anywho thanks for taking the time to post what u did bro and trust me just because i get a lil on edge don't mean im not taking in as much advice as i can;)
